Français : Algue trouvée dans le Canal de la Deûle, en grande quantité en mai 2016 sur une section de plus de 100 m, berge droite après la jonction avec la Moyenne-Deûle. Cette espèce semble en 2016 nouvellement présente sur ce site (absence ou rare l’année précédente). Quelques exemplaires avaient été trouvés en 2014-2015 dans la Moyenne-Deûle (qui reçoit des eaux plus propres (exhaure) depuis quelques années). Sur un même pied les « branches » présentent des aspects parfois différents (visible sur certaines photos). La taille d’une touffe (à cette époque, 1er mai) est de 1 à 2,5 cm. Couleur vert pâle (à foncé pour les tiges plus fines). L’algue et fixée sur des roches ou le grillage des gabions, toujours dans des zones relativement exposées au courant (ou à des contre-courants). L’eau de ce canal est très turbide. La photo est prise dans un récipient et dans une eau claire. (rem : dans d'autres régions, cette algue a parfois une couleur brune voire rougeâtre
English: Algae found in the Canal de la Deûle, in large quantities in May 2016 on a section of over 100 m, right bank after the junction with the Mid-Deûle. This species seems in 2016 newly on this site (absence or scarce the previous year). Same alguae were found in 2014-2015 in the Mid-Deûle (which receives the cleanest water (drainage) in recent years). On an equal footing "branches" have sometimes different sspectes (visible on some photos). The size of a tuft (at that time, May 1) is 1 to 2,5 cm. Pale green (darker for finer tweegs). This plant is fixed on rocks or mesh gabions, still in relatively exposed areas to the current (or against-current). The water of this canal is very turbid. The photo was taken in a container, in clear water. |
